Yep...I have too much time on my hands.

But I did this video...no pouch was filled in the making of this video.

I like that. I always wanted to know what to do with the excess pork that you trimmed off of the ribs. Great idea. I guess that you could put some Super Pig on that and really make it taste like pig candy.

I wish that I could figure out how to do the videos that you do. You are really good at it.

I just recently ordered Corel VSP6 for video editing, so I am going to give it a shot. I will call you in as a consultant should I require assistance.

DRHolly is the man you need to see about that.  That guy's a REAL pro.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express.

B T W, most of my videos are shot and edited with Flip Video.  Holly is grinning about now...

Jaxon, I don't know anything about videos, but I know what I like...and I like what you did. Good job.  I think the Cooking Channel said they were adjusting their budget to include Backyard Jack Productions and I heard it through the grapevine that The Food Network was gonna bid against them for the rights to your productions. I think that Paula Deen's absence leaves room for a new rising star. And here you are. I'd like to give just a little advice please. Practice your autograph.

And I'm gonna try that little trick you showed us with the trimmed off pork because it looks very tasty.

Jaxon - I really enjoy your videos. Not only are they well thought out and well done, I really like the POV effect. I recently purchased a Go Pro Hero Camera. This lets me mount the camera on my head or chest to make a 1st person POV video. It is taking some time to get it right, but I really like the idea of creating videos from my point of view. I am also using this to create training videos for my business (cleaning.)  I will share some as soon as they are worth sharing.

I enjoy watching your videos, please keep them coming!

Thanks,

David
