It was a good day. I fire that big boy up 3-4 times a year. When I do, I make it worthwhile. I split the briskets in half, point was trimmed down, it'll make some goooood chopped beef, vacuumed sealed and froze one of the flats for later, ribs will be gone in a couple of days. Pork tenderloins were vacuum sealed, be eating on them next week.
