Like some of the folks, my patio is just so big and I already have a pellet smoker, wood smoker and a Weber Kettle located there along with a table and four chairs. You'd be surprised how fast the space gets use up. I really wanted to see if I could make pizza on the Weber rather than add another unit. The KettlePizza attachment sounds good but it will cook the bottom and not the top because the Weber Lid is too high. However, I have an idea for the Weber which requires a home made mod, that will lift the grill of the Weber and the deployment of a heat diffuser. The dome of the Weber is a problem to be solved because that dome is too high and traps the heat. While the bottom of the pizza can cook in five to seven minutes, you need the top of the pizza to cook as well. That is the flaw of the Kettlepizza product.
Well, this fun. That's all I can say.
