Kettle Yard Bird...
« Reply #-1 on: October 08, 2013, 05:42:39 PM »
Found an 8.14lb bird at the market.  ???

Spatched this guy, light coating of mayo and a heavy dusting of Mo' Rockin Seasoning.

Closed the bottom vents and got her cruising at 325.

My lid rocks back and forth with the handle in the front. Little twist to the right and it fits like a glove.

Pulled at 170 IT.

My plate. The green stuff in the stuffing is the veggie.

Lots of leftovers for the week. Thanks for looking.

Yea, more salads for me now and less carbs. Wife wasn't feeling so well this weekend, so this is what she wanted. Just some good 'ol comfort food.
BTW, the stuffing had a 1/4 lb of my homemade bacon in it as well.
