Thanks guys. I'm really enjoying my kettle now. Honestly, I only bought it to cooks steaks, burgers, etc. But it sure is fun tinkering with other meats and cooking methods. Great support here online and through pm's.

As you know, Sam, I just got a kettle a couple of cooks ago, so I am a newbie on it.  Anything you can pass along as you tinker will be helpful.
