How did you get pics to post like that?

Do you mean the thumbnails chef?
If so ...

I use photobucket to host my pictures.
Once the photos are uploaded into their folder I roll over the upper corner of the photo and select "Get Links"
I then click on "IMG thumb" which copies the code onto my PC clipboard
I then paste the code into the New Post/Post reply section
The photobucket code posts the thumbnail photo and it contains the code and link to send you to the full size photo when you click on the thumbnail

It's pretty slick and easy ... When posting a regular photo I just select "IMG codes (for forums, boards) ...
