Ozark Mountain Brunch
« Reply #-1 on: October 31, 2013, 05:19:50 PM »
We had a late breakfast/lunch today. First plenty of strong coffee, then we put together an egg-based meal using locally smoked sausages, onion, garlic, meunster cheese,  jalapeno, tomato, and a few healthy dashes of Slap Ya Mama. Just what was needed ona rainy morning. After brunch I sat on the covered front porch and had a few Schafly (St Louis  craft brewery) Amer. Pale Ales. Then had a nap..... 8)

Have you guys considered TN or NC? I would think about TN...middle to eastern part. No state income taxes. Higher sales taxes ( 9.75% ) but it is "consumption based" - so it is a pay as you go system...Some pretty country too!
BBQ is neither verb or noun. It is an experience.

I could get comfy with a plate of that, especially if I was on that front porch!
