Hi guys and gals,
I just joined yesterday. I am coming over from another forum as I was invited by a member there to come over here and join in on this forum. I have yet to post here but I will make a post in the "Big Easy" section today or tomorrow.
I just got myself a new Charbroil "Big Easy" last week and cooked a 5.5 pound "test chicken" the other day in order to practice before the big turkey cook this Thursday. For the last ten years or so I have peanut oil fried my turkeys but the cost of the oil drove me to the Big Easy purchase.
Anyway, I am just a regular guy living here in San Diego. I do grill often (60 or more time a year) and BBQ a little too. So hopefully I can pick up some good information from you good people here. I have no experience with the Big Easy, say the one chicken I did cook last week. That came out perfect, beginners luck
.
Please be kind when speaking of the San Diego Chargers. I know, I know, but they are all we have...
