I just spent the last couple of hours going through the seafood section of a super website I stumbled onto.  I'm sure me and two more folks here are the only ones who didn't know about the secret all you others were keeping from us.  Anyway, your secret is now out and the site is www.foodwishes.com.  It has few grilling recipes on it but some great videos for all types of cooking by a very easy to listen to chef.  You other two should check it out and we will have 100% of the folks here knowing about it.

I stumbled on their videos on YouTube a couple of months back. I like them. I believe they are part of allrecipes.com company.

FoodWishes is a great site!  And Chef John knows how to make great videos without coming across as hoity toity.

One of my fave recipes he did a few years ago was Pastrami Wings.
