IMHO, apple juice is like so many things--butter, hot sauce, chile, etc., it's hard to have too much! Those look great--IF you just can't stand to eat the leftovers, providing there were any, ship down this way!

I'm just waiting for some nice weather & 50 degrees to try ribs on the kettle with the smokenator.
I HOPE mine turn out like these... Maybe if I use "too much" apple juice I'll get lucky.
