Perfect wangs..love the coozie too.  I cook indirect just like that over charcoal, just don't have the charcoal container.  Pam      .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.

Those look good.  Never tried the fire in the middle for wings.  I will give it a try next time out.  I just keep seeing great new ways of doing things here.

According to my calculations, these wings took -1- Fat Tire every 30 minutes  ;)

Love to "Circle the Wagons" in a Weber kettle........

If I drink 1 FT every twenty minutes, do they get done faster?  ;-)

What temp and how long you cook those little beauties?

Thanks I wanna do some this weekend

I shut my bottom vents 3/4 of the way shut.  Cooked about 1 1l2 hours or 3 FT's.
