At least 76 leg/thigh pieces!
Several of us band parents were asked to make a donation for an after funeral pot-luck dinner. We stopped by the butcher to pick up 20 lbs of chicken leg quarters to smoke.
They all got a hefty shake of
Smokin' Guns 'Sweet Heat', then went on the grill running at 400°. Thighs on the bottom legs on top (38 of each).
Thighs done, legs moved to the bottom to finish cooking.
Here's the tray full of thighs. They were easy and delicious!
