Maull’s Pork Steaks
« Reply #-1 on: February 22, 2014, 07:38:06 PM »
Dinner tonight is pork steaks that were marinated overnight in Wickers. They were then seasoned with Pig Salt and Penzeys
33rd and Galena.  Put onto the Weber Performer, using KBB and some Missouri hickory chunks. The Pig Salt, Missouri hickory
chunks and the Maull’s were sent to me by a good friend, from Missouri, on another forum.  I had mentioned in an early post on
that forum that I wished they sold the Maull’s in Georgia and he emailed me and said he would be sending me some.

Pork steaks getting saucy!

Pork steaks are done.

Plated with Knorr’s pasta Alfredo and French style green beans.

Fantastic pork steak! I now know why Maull’s and Pig Salt are so highly rated. Will definitely being ordering both when I
run out of my current supply.
