My $12 Weber

I saw this Smokey Joe for $12 and thought I really needed it  ::) Breaking it in with some CSR, because that’s what I had. A little foil cover until I can either replace or clean the grate, not too keen about rust on my food  :o A little more room them I had anticipated. With the roll method I think I can get two racks of whole ribs on there. Maybe  ::)

Nice score Rad! I had one of those I kept in my motor home and cooked many, many good meals on it. I kick my butt that I let it go with the RV when I sold it.

Bought my first Smokey Joe back in the mid 80's as the perfect "Rib eye for 2" machine. Mine looks a bit rough, but still does the job.

Now ya' got me thinking about keeping mine. Kept it for the RV but now use a small gasser.
Maybe time to buy some charcoal and wood chunks.
