I split a 5 pound chicken and marinated it all day in Mojo Criollo. I seasoned each with a different
Weber rub. I like it spicy so I picked Kickin Chicken.
Put onto the TJ with cherry pellets and on smoke mode for the first 45 minutes.
Chicken is done!
Plated with some leftover baked beans and a salad.
Very tasty chicken and the beans were better today than yesterday.
