Wings.
« Reply #-1 on: May 27, 2014, 01:31:24 PM »
The PBC is becoming my go to Wing cooker.

One half (hers) with just S&P. The other half (mine) with Mad Hunky Rub.
Wing tips always stay on at this house. Wife likes them.

Into the PBC. 3/4 full basket of Kingsford, rebar left out.

Final shots.

Mine had some Stubbs Wing sauce added at the last half hour.

Yea, it was good alright.  ;D

Nice Sam!!! both are just right for me!!! I like them naked and when I sauce I want it set and not drip down your arms when you eat them. You can do wings for me anytime!!! Don

Those wings look fantastic. I'm going to have to try this soon. How long was the total cook time?

Around 1:45 min I'd say, or thereabouts  I sauced mine after 1:15. Keep the rebar out.
If you want super crispy skin, crack the lid a touch too.

That is a nice way to do some wings on the PBC. Really nice texture on the skin.

In addition to making killer sausages, you're now spreading your "wings".. They do look good.  I'll try cracking the lid slightly the next time I do more wings on my PBC.  We like them crispy!
