i love Hazel.  i believe her and #336 are going to make a great couple. 



got some annies, swine & bovine rub and some tatonka dust.  yes i am dreaming about football.



pretty tri tip



for the 1st time in my life i wrapped the tri and put in frig overnight.  i seen muebe do this all the time.  he's pretty good cook.  thought i would try it.



everyone in the pool.  i'm using oak pellets in my cast iron pot.



rotate.



oh ya, were done. 



do you see the smile on my face.



if you don't eat you meat you can't have any pudding.  how can you have any pudding if you don't eat your meat.

Still got my Tri Tip in da fridge mon! 

I do a 6 hour marinade using canola oil, apple cider vinegar, and rub....
BBQ is neither verb or noun. It is an experience.

i will say that my wife really noticed the flavor of the rub all the way threw the meat.  i was better.  will have to try this w/ butts and briskets too.  thanks muebe.  you can teach a old dog new tricks.

Them tricks is right there in front of us all the time Spark. It's just a matter of us ole dogs letting down that big ole stubborn fence long enough to see and actually try them tricks. BTW that one works really well on Briskets. Never seem to remember to do it with Butts.
