Title: Think I'm going to put the boneless skinless on the grate today
Post by: Paul Hart on February 03, 2015, 01:59:57 PM
They had boneless skinless on sale for $1.89 a pound so I  bought some.
Wondering if it would be better to pound the thicker portions out a little flatter to improve cook time? Does this affect meat quality, texture, juiciness, etc?

Don't pound them out quality takes time.

Give them a blanket of bacon to keep them moist ;)

A bacon blanket. Sounds like smell-good sleep. Wake up and eat without getting out of bed!
