Title: Leg of Lamb on the PBC
Post by: Sam3 on January 19, 2013, 05:00:14 PM
This had been something I've been wanting to do.
Picked up a nice 5.86lb LOL at the market. Light coating of EVOO and the PBC Beef and Game rub.
See you in a bit.

So you are doing a leg of lamb on the PBC and now I am wondering if there is anything the PBC won't cook?

We love lamb and I bet this will be good.

Thanks for posting your potato recipe Pap. We're looking forward to the leftovers tomorrow.

BTW, I  pulled the lamb at 145 IT. It climbed to 149 while resting, but you can see it still tender and juicy.
My plate was with meat closer to the bone and had a little more rareness to it.
Still a homerun in this house!  ;D

WOW!  Can't wait to do that in my Pit Barrell.  Love garlic so will stuff slivers all over before the oil and seasoning.

Lamb is a bit pricey around here, but after seeing this, I may just have to splurge.

Great post Sam!
