Best wishes to all you Pit Barrel folks. Cooked four racks of St. Louie ribs on the PBC, to go along with the bbq turkey and pulled pork off the DB pellet pooper.  The dozen souls dining on this buffet gave the nod to the ribs, as their favorite.

Love my barrel!  ;)

It's Ok Art, unicorn comes out perfect in the PBC  ;)

I am gonna need another bag of Lakeside grits pretty soon, you need some more avocados?? ;) ;)
