Decided to try Pork Butts on the PBC

Started w/ (2) 8.5 lb. Butts





Took about 7 hours to reach 200* IT



Topped w/ onion and Hoosier Daddy (Sweet & Sassy) Sauce.

Great looking pork!!!!  Do you like the flavor from the PBC with wood or do you prefer it without??
