Just amazing!

Thanks for posting your potato recipe Pap. We're looking forward to the leftovers tomorrow.

BTW, I  pulled the lamb at 145 IT. It climbed to 149 while resting, but you can see it still tender and juicy.
My plate was with meat closer to the bone and had a little more rareness to it.
Still a homerun in this house!  ;D
