Practice cook for first comp in a few weeks. Only did 6, usually, 12 for contest. Outstanding taste from my PBC. Thank you, manufacturer!  ;) :-*   OD

Ah, yes, the key to it all. Got through the skin on three of them. Now, if I could only figure out which ones to put in the box(6 under KCBS rules), maybe, I could win some change! ::)

I haven't seen pictures of people using the grate in the PBC.  I'm guessing that's what you used.  Could you give some details on the cook?
