Sorry for the delay. Cut up boneless short rib into cubes. Cut up onion and bell pepper to go with it. Marinated in this stuff overnight.

Wrapped meat in bacon, and added everything to the skewers. Bent the bottom of the skewers into an "L" shape. However, I recommend bending them a little more cuz the food actually started sliding around the bend. I forgot to write it down, but I believe I hung them for approximately 90 minutes. Then I sauced with Sweet Baby Rays "sweet and spicy" and seared em off on the genesis to crisp up the bacon. No pics of the final product as they didn't last long. As for the "fruities", spinach, strawberry, bananas, grapes , and pineapple for the little ones....add vodka for the cook! ::)
