Hell All,
Haven't had a chance to post ion a while due to work being crazy.
Anyway, had a chance to make some Pepper Stout Beef today.
Dry brined overnight -- then seasoned with Meathead's Big Bad Beef Rub

Veggies cut up and ready for action

Remove from rebar, not on the grate to braise

Shredded now back to grate to tighten up a bi

Love Pepper Stout beef. Your's looks mighty fine. Stuff is great on some toasted sourdough!
