Well I am keeping the pellet grill and just picked up a weber 22" premium. Would of liked the bigger one but found the 22 on Craigslist new in the box unopened for 90. They retail for 150 so I just couldn't pass it up
Sounds like a great idea. I always hate getting rid of a grill.

Great score on the Weber.  You're going to love it.  Unless I've got a big cook (multiple butts or racks of ribs) I cook almost everything on mine.

I can tell you from personal experience that both the Vortex and GrillGrates are excellent additions. 

Another nice item would be the Charcoal Ring from an 18.8" WSM.  This is great for a roast - charcoal goes outside the ring - because a half-pan fits inside to catch the drippings for GRAVY ! ! !
