Title: Blue Cheese Guac Burgers

Doing the low carb thing after seeing some of the low carb cooks on here
Griddled some burgers on the steel, topped with blue cheese slices with some guacamole on top.

That looks great. Sometimes instead of buns we will use Boston lettuce
