Nice! You can't beat "Chicken of the trees". That's living right there, Lord knows I at my share hunting them as a kid.

When I was a kid my older brother would sometimes bring home a bunch and mom would fry them just like chicken.  Pretty tasty!  They also made some great GRAVY!
