Tommy, looks great! Is that all you did was dip, bread it, freeze it and fry it? What temp did you have air fryer set and how long?
All I did was dipped in egg, then into the 50/50 mix then dipped again in egg then back into the Almond/mix
Cook 350 for 15 mins the on 400 for 3 mins to finish. I also used a wire grate under the chicken so I wouldn't have to turn them
50/50 Mix is..... 1 cup Almond flour, 1 cup Parmesan cheese, 1 tsp garlick powder, 1 1/2 Tbs Parsely and 1 tsp salt mix till blended
