Thoughts on the "Paleo" diet
« Reply #-1 on: April 24, 2013, 10:13:54 PM »
Talking with my buddy "D" today and the conversation turns to popular diets - specifically Paleo.

And HE says, "I contend primal humans ate a whole lotta bugs in their diet and I don't see many of the paleo-ists enthusiastically recommending bugs on their menu."

Says he. I laughed...still laughing.

Yeah, there's a whole lot that "primal" man would have done that the diet fad folks would be appalled to think of doing.
