Title: Taco Bell Fire Sauce Salt
Post by: happyappy on August 16, 2018, 08:18:07 PM
I ran across this recipe for using Taco Bell Fire sauce to make flavored salt that sounds really good for adding flavor to salty crunchy snacks.  I think I'll try it but instead of drying in the oven, I'll use my smoker to add some smoke flavor.

That sounds like a great idea.

Please let us know how it turns out. I would like to try it.

Sounds interesting.

Just for $h!ts and giggles I saved a bunch of Ramen flavor packets and emptied them into an old spice shaker.  I call it "Chicken-Salt" ! ! !
