I started a Costco strip loin in the bag on April 9th. It's lost a little over a pound of moisture as of this date. Also, one of our local grocers advertised bone-in prime rib roast on sale @ $6.99/lb, so I got a 19.65 pounder today and got it started in the Umai bag after cutting off a 2 pound steak for supper tomorrow night. So, all is well in my world
