Ok folks what’s a good base mop for pulled pork?
I really never use one so looking for a good version to try out in the SRG

Here are 3 that I have
First one:
Vegetable oil 16.0 Oz
Water 32.0 Oz
Worcestershire sauce 2 TBL
Apple Cider Vinegar 16 oz
Your favorite rub- 1 cup
Soy Sauce 2 TBL
Mix all Ingredients
Second one
Apple Cider Vinegar 3 cups
Cayenne pepper 1/3 cup
Juice from 1/2 lemon
Mix all ingredients
Third One
Zesty Italian Dressing 32 oz
Water 32 oz
Rub 1/2 cup
Soy Sauce 1/3 cup
Worcestershire sauce 1/3 cup
Mix all the ingredients

I'm told the best mopping solution is Simple Green but not sure how that would work on your pulled pork (unless you dropped it on the floor).

Here is one that I have used:
1 cup Chicken Broth
1 cup Apple Cide Vinegar
1 cup Olive Oil
1 Tbl Salt
1 Tbl Pepper
1 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
Dash Favorite Hot Sauce
1 Tbl Brown Sugar
Another good one:
1 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Cup Apple Juice
3 Tbl Dark Brown Sugar
1 Tbl Instant Coffee
1/2 Tsp Yellow Curry

1 gal a/c vinegar
2 bxs dk bwn sugar
2 tbl red pepper fkakes
1/2 cup salt
bring to a boil
simmer 15 min

I'd second this basic mop recipe and would even consider adding some whole garlic cloves and some onion slices for some extra flavoring
