1 T coconut flour
3 egg whites, beaten until fluffy
2 T olive oil or avocado oil
1/4 C warm water
1 tsp. live yeast granules
1 tsp. coconut sugar (or honey or molasses– will be eaten by yeast)
1/2 C shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. xanthan or guar gum (optional)
Topping
1 C shredded mozzarella cheese
2 T butter, melted
1/4 tsp. garlic powder Place in 9x9 glass dish coated with Pam sprayand bake for 15 min (on 400) or until golden brown then add the topping
and bake for another 5 mins
1/4 tsp. salt Then add toppings and put oven on broil to brown up cheese/toppings
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
Now inorder to make the Faux corn bread, use 1 cup of cocnut flour instead of 1 T, add about 3/4 of heavy whippping cream and add an another 1/4 cup of water and bake with same directions
