Enchiladas using Lavish bread and Cliff's taco recipe! Lots of pictures
« Reply #-1 on: July 13, 2020, 03:18:10 PM »
So I got to wanting enchiladas and got to thinking that lavish bread is close to wraps so I gave it a try

I used 2 full sheets cut each in half which gave me 4 enchiladas, stuffed with taco meat and cheese

Here is the start to finish in pictures (there are a lot) Boy these were very good just like what you would get at a Mexican restaurant

I baked them for 15 mins on 350 temp then went back and added a little extra cheese for good measure
