Title: Chilli stuffed Gem squash

hi cliff
first i boiled it whole than i cut it open and stuffed it and bake it.

And - when I looked at the original posting date from Ahron, it was in July. Then I realized - THAT was HIS winter time, in South Africa! :) SO how natural that he would post this then. I am glad it got brought up again - I want to make it soon!
