Title: Korean BBQ Jerky

Got 2.5 lbs of strips cut.

Dissolved 1/2 t cure 1 with 2 T water and added to the bag. Also 1 t kosher salt.

Added 1/2 the jar of the sauce, mix well. Will re mix tomorrow before the dehydrator.

That looks interesting!  The flavor should be really good.  I am about due to make some more jerky.  I'll start looking for some new flavors like the Korean BBQ.

I put the jerky on the tray to cool, my grand kids are down for a week from PA and some of the jerky disappeared  :D :D

That is some nice looking jerky. Will have to try it. I do have to admit, I am with muebe - like the Soy Vay....
