I like to skip the middle man and do bacon wrapped tomatoes (toothpick for holding) when I have the small ones.  A little dip in some mayo, and life is good.

Bacon, tomato, cucumber, cheese, and Vidallia onion with mayonaise sammich. Maybe be the best sammich in the world...followed by a butter bean sammich.  Dee
