I found this recipe on a mustard/Franks Redhot sauce combo pack my wife brought home from the store. I love blue cheese so I had to try it.
Recipe:
8 oz. cream cheese - softened
1/2 cup Franks Redhot sauce or Franks Redhot buffalo sauce( I used the original)
1/2 cup blue cheese or ranch dessing( I went with blue cheese)
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese or your favorite shredded cheese ( again I went with blue cheese)
Directions:
preheat oven to 350
combine all ingredients in a 1 quart baking dish
bake at 350 for 20 minutes
serve with crackers or vegetables
Here's how mine turned out

and plated

I'm a simple man so no crackers or veggies for me. Just some good old tortilla chips.
If you like blue cheese you gotta try this. It's really good and easy to make.

Awesome Mike! Bookmarked!

Mike, Great recipe. Cheese is such a wonderful food. Being a cheese lover is like being a wine lover as far as the complexity or the simplicity to which the palate is treated. Dee

I have been making this Buffalo Dip, is what we call it here, for years now. Couldn't get enough of it when it first came out..I do love Frank's and use it for my hot wangs with = parts butter. Pam .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.

I've been making this one http://forum.bradleysmoker.com/index.php?topic=22587.0 (http://forum.bradleysmoker.com/index.php?topic=22587.0) for a couple of years now. It is still the family favorite because not everyone likes blue cheese. But this new one is my personal favorite because I love blue cheese.

X3! ;)
Off to the store for some more blue cheese and hot sauce. I can imagine what this would taste like on top a burger with some bacon.

Any blue cheese lovers out there?
Well, let's put it this way... I saw "Blue Cheese" in the title and came running! :P
Thanks for the recipe; gonna try it.

That sounds great! I wish I had some leftovers to try it. Someone on another forum suggested using it as a pizza topping. Yum!

That sounds great too and I'm also thinking of how good that would taste on a hot dog with chili. :) ;) :D ;D
