Made an omelette with bacon, onion, and pepperoni cheese that I picked up at Cache Valley Dairy in Beaver UT.

Plated omelette with Earl Cambell's hot link, a slice of Dave's Killer Bread 21 Whole Grains toasted, and some peperoncini.

That is a breakfast Cajun!!! I see you had some good Troyer cheese from Ohio. For years they have made some great smoked ring bologna but now have branched out to cheeses and other things, I buy there roll butter made from the first cream. I was by there smoke house in Holmes county years ago and the country store next to it was like going back into the 50's. They now ship to 42 states. Don
