Title: Another Version of Protein Pancakes

In this recipe I ground the steel cut oats into a powder form, no need to precook the steel cut oats, then add to the eggs.

3 egg whites
1 whole egg, cage free
1/4 steel cut oats, ground into powder

Mix all ingredients and stir thoroughly
Spray skillet with cooking spray and heat
Pour in mixture and cook like a pancake

Added some fresh strawberries and raspberries on top

Looks good.Mrs made some pumpkin waffles,will add those to a pumpkin thread when I can,really good.That time of year.
