Title: Reds for Dinner!

Went to the Mouth of the Tensaw River this morning and caught a couple reds. 
 Now we know whats for dinner....

 Ended up waiting until last night because some of our kids were coming over.  I kept the reds on ice and put them straight on the grill,
 no seasonings were needed.
 I made salty potatoes to go along with them and of coarse some Conecuh sausage for appetizers. 
I peeled the skin back and took the meat off the bones for serving.

I gave the chickens all the scraps this morning. They sounded about like a group of pit bulls going after "a" steak.   ;D

Terry, you must have the happiest chickens in LA. Great fishing and a great day with your kids. Can't wait to see you and Kerry and RAD this weekend.
