Title: low carbs mac and cheese .

I took TMB idea of the chicken  alfredo , ( thanks again TMB)
and changed it to a cauliflower alfredo , added more cheese and now it taste like mac and cheese .

Looks great, I'm off to the store for some more cauliflower, it's a great substitute for the high carb pasta and rice dishes.  ;)
