Title: Omelet in the hot tub, and cheese fondue for dinner

We started with a feta and goat cheese omelet for breakfast in the hot tub.  The goat cheese brings a tart savory flavor while the feta adds salt and the mushroom/onion/garlic blend adds just the right umami.  Later in the afternoon after sunning myself for most of the afternoon, a beer/cheese fondue with a variety of dipping bits

At first I thought this was going to be a sous vide omelette.  :P
