This is a variation of something typical German/Bavarian: Weisswurst and Brezel. Usually you simmer Weisswurst in hot water, while the Pretzels are baked in their known form. Today I tried to combine both on the grill. I've seen something like that online yet, where they used hot dogs. So here we go: wrap the weisswurst in pretzel dough, put some coarse salt on it and put it onto a baking stone in the grill for about 10-15 minutes at 360°F. And that's it:

Great idea/application WC! Looks very tasty....I'll take two or six of those with some Bavarian whole-grain mustard and whatever Las Vegas Cajun is drinking! ;D
