I just happen to have all the fixings for some of Las Vegas Cajun’s “Best New Orleans BBQ Shrimp” I have been wanting to make this since I saw it. It ROCKS!! If you have't tried it yet, put it on the short list, now!!

The “bacon goodness” on the sour dough bread. Can I get an “AMEN” for that? it was sooo good!!

We will be serving this again. I have more shrimp in the freezer.

Sorry. It was a dirty martini using some of the Prairie Gin I have become fond of lately. It's all about the olives!!
