This time around Zaycon will be offering SV Turkey Breasts and SV Sliced Beef Roasts.Looks like SV is getting ready to change the world.

The bacon is 3.49/lb,Im debating the 125 dollar buy,will see.The chicken is 1.69/lb this time.That was good chicken,we just finished out ours.

The bacon is excellent. I was nervous to buy that quantity without tasting first. But I am very pleased with it. The chicken breasts are awesome and huge. I am a fan of this company and their business model.

The thicknesses is perfect for me. As is the fat /lean of the belly. For my family I would prefer 2 pound packages, but 3 pounds just mean I eat more bacon. :)
