WOW That looks good! Wish I could convince my family to try (they are convinced they won't like it) blue cheese. This goes on my list of things to make when they are not home. Thanks!

Blue cheese is not a problem in our household.  I might even be able to get the wife to eat the spinach in a frittata.  Bookmarked!
