If anybody will be in the Springhill, La area on 8/1/15 come on by the Piggly Wiggly parking lot. That will be our next stop on the SCA competition. We have had a GOOD year at the competitions so far! Between catering steak dinners, cook offs and working my day job, I have been busy this summer. I think we have 2 more in Arkansas, one in Memphis and a really big one in Texas ( at Billy Bob's in Ft. Worth ) that I can think of   ::) this year. Yall come on out and join the fun and enjoy some steaks from teams across the USA and around the WORLD!!!

Just saw the Fort Worth one in October.  I need to go to the website more often.  The one up in Sherman a couple of weeks ago was real close to me.
