Title: Japanese rolled omelette with a Spanish flavours

A lazy Sunday morning, it is time to make my wife a yummy breakfast .
It is a take of a Japanese rolled omelette with a Spanish flavours .
on top is a hot and spicy tomato salsa .

Ahron, that looks delicious. I love salsa on an omelette. That's the spice of life.

That looks great - interesting method. I need to make 2 salsas - hot for me and mild for my wife. Thanks for the idea and excellent pictures.

looks great - interesting method for cooking - nothing beats salsa on eggs
